I made a green avocado bowl in honour of St.Patty's Day today. With the addition of the avocado this bowl has a rich smooth texture.
Ingredients
Recipe serves 2
1 avocado
1 1/2 cups frozen bananas (3-4 bananas)
1/2 tsp match powder
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
toppings - cacao nibs, toasted coconut flakes, sliced almonds, fresh mint
Preparation
In a blender, add all ingredients except toppings. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick for your liking, add more milk.
Add toppings, or any additional toppings of your choice.
