Wake Me Up Smoothie Bowl

Made myself a chocolate smoothie bowl this morning with a much needed shot of strong espresso

 
 

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas, sliced

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup brewed espresso

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • (my toppings of choice) homemade granola, sliced bananas, cocoa nibs, toasted coconut flakes and cinnamon

 

Preparation


In a blender add frozen bananas, milk, espresso, and cacao powder. Blend on high until thick and smooth.


Pour into a bowl and add toppings of your choice.


ENJOY!
