Made myself a chocolate smoothie bowl this morning with a much needed shot of strong espresso
Ingredients
3 frozen bananas, sliced
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup brewed espresso
1 tbsp cacao powder
(my toppings of choice) homemade granola, sliced bananas, cocoa nibs, toasted coconut flakes and cinnamon
Preparation
In a blender add frozen bananas, milk, espresso, and cacao powder. Blend on high until thick and smooth.
Pour into a bowl and add toppings of your choice.
