Created my new favourite smoothie bowl using organic Goji berries!
FUN FACT: Goji berries are a superfood full of health benefits & fibre, and are super tasty :)
This was my first time using Goji berries in a smoothie bow and I loved it!
Ingredients
Recipe serves 2
1 cup goji berries, frozen (I froze 1 pack of fresh organic goji berries)
2 cups mango, frozen
1 ripe banana, frozen
1/2 cup of coconut milk
3 tbsp coconut yogurt
1tbsp agave syrup
Optional toppings (what I added to my bowl) :
1 tbsp shredded coconut
2 tbsp granola
frozen goji berries
edible flowers
hemp hearts
Preparation
In a blender I added - frozen goji berries, frozen mango, ripe banana, coconut milk, coconut yogurt, and agave syrup.
Blend until smooth. Add extra agave syrup if you prefer it sweeter.
I topped my bowl with shredded coconut, granola, goji berries, hemp hearts, and edible flowers.
