My Sunday Smoothie Bowl

This simple smoothie bowl is one of my favourites. I hope you give it a try!

 


 

Ingredients

Recipe makes 2 bowls

  • 6 frozen bananas (I like to run some hot water over the bananas for a few seconds to allow the bananas to peel easily)

  • 3/4 cup plain coconut yogurt

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (Any nut butter of your choice)

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • toppings - shredded coconut, cocoa nibs, sliced bananas, cinnamon

 

Preparation


In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients except the toppings and blend on the smoothie option.


Use the mini tamper (the stick utensil that comes with the blender) to help combine the ingredients together.


Pour the smoothie into two bowls and smooth it out with a spatula.


Finish with toppings.


Enjoy!
