My Saturday smoothie bowl is so refreshing. It's also dairy-free. You may add protein powder if you'd like to add some protein.
Ingredients
Recipe serves 1-2
1 cup frozen pineapple, chopped
1/2 frozen banana, chopped
1/2 cup fresh mango, chopped
1/3 cup canned coconut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
toppings- cocoa nibs, pumpkin seeds, unsweetened shredded coconut
Preparation
In a blender, add all of the ingredients. Blend on high until all ingredients are well blended and smooth.
Pour into a bowl and add the toppings. You may use any toppings of your choice.
