My Sunday smoothie bowl is made with frozen clementines and is so bright and refreshing with the added mint. Dark chocolate, orange and mint are the perfect pairing! It is also dairy-free. This recipe is a must-try.
Ingredients
Recipe makes 1 bowl
4 clementines, peeled, segmented, and frozen (I like to freeze my fruit from the night before)
4 tbsp oat milk (or any dairy-free milk of your choice)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp fresh mint, chopped
toppings- oat milk dark chocolate chips, shredded coconut, chopped mint, grated dairy-free dark chocolate
Preparation
In a high-speed blender, add frozen clementines, oat milk, maple syrup, and mint.
Blend on high speed, using the tamper to help the smoothie combine to a smooth, thick consistency (you may have to remove the lid a few times to collect the ingredients with a spatula before in-between blending).
Pour into a bowl and finish with toppings.
