Watermelon Pizza

This fresh sweet pizza is divine and also dairy-free.

 
 

Ingredients

Recipe serves 8

  • 1 watermelon, sliced into 1-inch round

  • 1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt (dairy-free)

  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • toppings - cinnamon, cocoa nibs, toasted coconut flakes (or any toppings of your choice)

 

Preparation


In a small bowl, add the yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.


Place the watermelon slice on a cutting board, and pat dry with a paper towel.


Pour the yogurt mixture onto the watermelon and spread evenly with a spatula.


Add the toppings to the watermelon pizza. Slice the pizza and serve.
